Privacy and contact

Information for users of dlaRolnika.eu. Polish notice updated: 14 September 2026. English translation: 16 September 2026.

Who is responsible for your data?

The data controller is DATPOL Sp. z o.o., ul. Marynarki Wojennej 30C, 82-220 Stare Pole, Poland, tax identification number (NIP) 5792274565, company register number (KRS) 0000843650. For data enquiries, contact biuro@datpol.com or call +48 55 621 29 29.

What do you provide, and why?

The form lets you request contact, discuss a project, arrange a visit or ask for a quotation. You must select a service and provide a location and phone number. You can also provide your name, email address, type of premises, preferred times and a description of your requirements. Providing data is voluntary, but we cannot respond without contact details. Do not send passwords, sensitive data or information about people unrelated to the enquiry.

We process data to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. Where you contact us on behalf of a company, we rely on our legitimate interest in handling correspondence and business relationships. Preventing misuse also serves our legitimate interest. The form does not subscribe you to a newsletter or make automated pricing decisions.

Where does your enquiry go?

We send your enquiry to dlaRolnika@datpol.com. We keep a working copy in a protected directory outside the public website to reduce the risk of losing your details if there is an email problem. Access is limited to authorised staff handling enquiries, and hosting, email and IT support providers to the extent necessary to provide those services.

How long do we keep it?

Working copies more than 90 days old are deleted when subsequent enquiries are successfully accepted. We retain correspondence while dealing with your enquiry and afterwards to the extent needed to fulfil a contract, comply with legal obligations or establish and defend claims. The scope and retention period depend on how the business relationship develops.

Security and cookies

The form uses an essential session cookie to protect against unauthorised and duplicate submissions. We do not use it for advertising. Submission limits use a hash of the IP address rather than storing the address in the enquiry itself. Older rate-limit records are removed during data housekeeping. The server may keep standard technical logs, including IP addresses, request times and browser information, to maintain and secure the service.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing. Where provided for by applicable law, you also have the right to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may lodge a complaint with the President of Poland’s Personal Data Protection Office (UODO). To exercise your rights, contact the data controller using the details above.
